KESHANI DOUGLAS

Contemporary British Artist

Working primarily in soft pastel, oil and acrylic, Keshani Douglas explores colour, light and the atmosphere of everyday life. Her work ranges from illuminated city streets and theatre crowds to quiet interiors, gardens and familiar figures using expressive mark-making, heightened colour and unusual viewpoints.

Based in Wiltshire, Keshani also works from her studio on Gozo in the Maltese islands. Her work has been exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, the Royal West of England Academy and The Pastel Society Annual Exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London
